Serving Suggestions
1 tablespoon (17 gm) contains 10 gm of Omega 3,6,9 fats and MCT. Take 1 tablespoon (17 gm) of Sustinex Vegetable Oil Blend Powder per serving, 1 to 3 times a day.
Mix 1 tablespoon (17 gm) with 100 ml of warm or cold water and drink. It can be consumed on its own or mixed with soups, shakes, coffee, tea or a variety of your favourite drinks.
