Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure you retain the proof of the purchase of purchasing products from our Site and the goods in question if you are looking at returning your goods.

- All refunds will be processed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)
- Orihealth will not be held liable for any difference in the value of the refund against the initial purchase price in the final currency you used to purchase the products.
- Orihealth will not be liable to refund any fees or charges you incurred from your credit/ debit card provider for your initial purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
