NOVA Sustinex Fiber is 100% partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG), an unsweetened and unflavoured soluble dietary fibre. It dissolves easily and does not thicken, so it can be mixed into a wide variety of foods and drinks. Each 10 g scoop provides 7.6 g of soluble fibre. Gluten-free.

How to Use
- Oral feeding: add 1 scoop to foods, drinks or oral nutritional supplements.
- Tube feeding (under healthcare supervision only): add ¼ scoop to 100–120 ml of water, mix and administer by syringe through the feeding tube, followed by a 30 ml water flush.
- Follow the recommendation of a healthcare professional or dietitian.
Storage
Close the container tightly after opening and store in a cool, dry place (do not refrigerate). Consume within 3 weeks of opening.
