How to Take

Take 4 to 10 g daily (2 to 5 teaspoons). Mix into a cup of drinking water, stir well and drink immediately. Sweeteners or flavours may be added if desired.

Fish collagen (per 1 g of powder) 0.5 g

1 teaspoon = 2 g of powder = 1,000 mg of collagen.
