NOVA Fiber Smoothie is a lime-flavoured drink powder made with chia seeds, psyllium husk, polydextrose and inulin. Each sachet provides 12.76 g of soluble and insoluble dietary fibre and 100 mg of vitamin C. Mix it with water, or add it to a shake, tea or juice.

How to Prepare
Add 1 sachet (18 g) to 150 ml of water and stir well. Drink immediately for a light texture, or leave it to stand for a thicker, jelly- or pudding-like texture. Take 1 sachet once or twice daily.
